Why sit we here until we die?

I was at the verge of posting on my WhatsApp status that I won't be sending out letters this week, when I remembered this “and these signs will follow them that believe” bible verse. (Mark 16 vs 17-18). Yes, I know the rest of the verse talks about speaking in new tongues and casting out demons but that's not where I'm going today. If you go up to verse 15 of that same chapter, Jesus told His disciples to “go into the world and preach the gospel”. That GO is the keyword for this letter. I don't know about you but the one thing I got from here is that, if the disciples don’t move, these signs won't follow them. Hmm…

MOVEMENT is the prerequisite, guys!

“If I don't move, signs will not follow me! I need to move!”

Sometimes, it feels like it's better to just stay where you are than to venture into the unknown. So, if you're reading this letter right now, this is your sign to MOVE. Even if it's just a step, just move. Remember those lepers in the old testament that said to themselves “why sit we here till we die?” and went into the camp of the enemy. I really can't n't remember the details but they saw lots of food there. Most times, God just needs that one step of faith from you and He’ll take care of the rest. One thing I've learnt in this life is that sometimes you might not know what God has put in place in for you until you leave that your comfort zone.

I was telling my friends today that this semester I don't want academic comeback but academic miracle because I'm really tired of trying to do everything on my own strength. This obviously, doesn't mean I'll just relax and wait for Angel Michael to bring dubs for me in exam hall. I’ll read and do my part as a student, that's me moving. and it's already written that I just need to move, signs will surely follow!😏🤸🏾‍♀️

I don't know what area of your life it is that you’re worried about, take that step today and move. You might think that little step won't matter but just do it. Do it, my love, and see the signs that will follow.
